Stephen - NIFL player
I worked with Ciaran for over 4 years focusing on injury recovery, gym and pitch based rehab and strength and conditioning. All of my sessions and programmes were tailored to my needs. They were enjoyable which always pushed me to improve and get better, whilst also educating me on how to look after my body in the long term.
Ciaran was a fantastic coach, physio and fantastic support for me throughout out our time working together. I learned so much and he gave me the platform to consistently consistently at the highest level.
Niall - GAA Athlete
After dislocating my shoulder Ciaran was really helpful in kickstarting my recovery process. From my first session I noticed improvements, and continued to gain confidence in my shoulder as the sessions progressed thanks to his knowledge and guidance.
He also provided me with extra support for my fitness which included running/ speed sessions to help me get to where I was pre injury.
I would highly recommend him to anyone with any niggles or injuries. Also, you'll have great craic along the way!
Aine - Irish hockey international
A message from Aine following her rehabilitation journey following a recurrent calf injury
Hi Ciaran, Just to let you know, I played the interprovincial tournament last weekend (4 games over one weekend) and the calf survived! Body is shattered this week after lol but no negative reaction from the calf. Then, I got selected for the Irish national team for the Europeans this year. I know I need to keep going with the strength work over the next while, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for getting me back on the hockey pitch.
